What to expect during your service:
-Find and bring with you some inspiration photos of what you are wanting to accomplish with your hair. Check out pinterest.com/Beckysfamilysalon or Instagram.com/Beckysfamilysalon for inspiration ideas.
-I use professional products only! This includes Redken, Biolage, American Crew, 1821 man-made, Amika, American Crew, Kenra and MORE!
-I provide a thorough consult for your service needs. Please ask to see my service menu and pricing if desired; Or check it out on the website under Service and Menu Pricing tab from the home page.
-Children are welcome with an accompanying care giver/adult/parent that can supervise them appropriately. I have coloring pages, books, and movies/cartoons available for the kiddos.
-I keep the salon clean, disinfected and safe. I schedule time between each service for a thorough cleaning with EPA disinfecting products.
-I accept cash and card using Square Services.
-If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so with at least 24hrs notice.
-If you know you will be more than 15 min late, please text or call.
-I want you to love your hair! If you are struggling in any way with the service I have provided, please contact me within 5 days and I will gladly resolve the issue.
-I do not allow smoking inside the salon. Please inform me if you need to smoke outside.
-If you have any allergies at all (latex, nuts, styling products, fragrances, etc.…) Please inform me so I can help protect you if needed.
-Do you have a business card? Feel free to leave a few at my station for clients to take! I would like to help promote your local business as well!
-We are a family that loves God and loves praying for and helping who we can when we can. Please let me know if I can pray for you! There is power in prayer!
