*Be cautious when using a color depositing shampoo and conditioner. While some of these can add a subtle vibrancy to hair color, it can also alter the color we have achieved in the salon. Blonde hair is most affected by these color depositing products.
*Be aware that excessive sunlight exposure can also alter hair color. While for blonde hair this can actually brighten your overall color, for brunettes this may make your hair to appear slightly faded or not as vibrant. So, consider wearing a hat, scarf, or using a hair SPF product.
Overall be gentle with your hair. Use professional products for color treated hair and protect it from any elements that could damage it, fade it, or strip the color from your hair to achieve maximum color longevity.
